jeter l&#8217;eau, laisser refroidir un peu les \u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; casser les coquilles d&#8217;\u0153ufs de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; remettre les \u0153ufs avec les coquilles cass\u00e9es dans la casserole, recouvrir \u00e0 nouveau d&#8217;eau<br \/>\n&#8211; ajouter les feuilles de th\u00e9 noir, la sauce soja et le m\u00e9lange d&#8217;\u00e9pices (Five Spices)<br \/>\n&#8211; porter tous les ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laisser reposer au moins 2 heures<br \/>\n&#8211;
