Elles sont coup\u00e9es en morceaux \u00e0 la main pour \u00eatre ensuite tremp\u00e9es dans de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et du zaatar, un vrai d\u00e9lice\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>De nombreuses familles ont leur propre m\u00e9lange de zaatar, compos\u00e9 principalement de thym sauvage, de s\u00e9same, de sumac, de sel et de concentr\u00e9 de citron.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous souhaitez faire vous-m\u00eame le pain pita, vous trouverez la recette dans le cahier \u00ab\u00a0Infos et id\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 la page 26.
